We understand ordering kit can be a detailed, and at times, confusing process. The below frequently asked questions have been compiled to answer many of the general queries you may have. If you still have a questions not covered by the below, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Sublimation is the latest in garment production technology. Starting off with a white piece of fabric, your design, colours, logos, numbers and whatever else you have on the kit are dyed directly into the fabric at high temperature and pressure. No embroidery. No printing. The quoted price is the final price.
Once the process is completed, the garment can be washed and ironed as normal without any fear of discoloration or damage from heat.
Quite simply if you have a lot of sponsors names, numbers or badges to add to your garment, then sublimation will most certainly work out cheaper than a cut and sew garment. Whereas each embroidered or printed logo costs extra, with sublimation all logos are included.
There is also no limit to the amount of designs you can achieve with sublimation, unlike cut and sew. You have a blank canvas in which to let your imagination run wild and the wide variety of designs on our kit designer shows this.
You can choose from a huge spectrum of colours from our range, ensuring you get the exact colour match for your team.

To make sure your logos achieve the best possible look when added to your garment please can you ensure we have Logos in a good vector file – preferably .pdf, .eps or .ai.
If vector files are not available, a high resolution jpeg may suffice. We will always try to use your logo if we can, but these ensure we achieve the best possible results when the garment is completed.
We use a CMYK colour palette and pantone colours for the sublimation process. Our standard colour palette has a wide range of colours which will be a great option for the majority of organisations.
However, if you have specific shades required this is no problem. We can work with specific pantone colours, and even match our pantone colour charts to existing kit to ensure colour consistency through the years.
Due to differences in materials and the nature of sublimation, slight colour variance may occur.
